- The opportunity once again to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King.
- The wonder of technology that allowed us to talk with each of our children on Christmas day as they are scattered from coast to coast and north to south.
- The beautiful sound of Christmas music that reminds us of Christ, home and family, and wonderful Christmas traditions.
- The wonderful weather we enjoyed on Christmas day after several days of refreshing rain.
- The love shown to me by my dear husband, my childen and my grandchildren through words, deeds and gifts.
- The enjoyment of having Tanya and Christian here for Christmas.
- AND I am grateful for my new Canon 7 D camera. I am just starting to learn how to use it. It will be so much fun. I've been practicing on small things this last couple of days; working on getting the focus just right. I also practiced taking some action shots of bowling. This camera will take up to 8 images per second! Anyone want to volunteer for portraits? I need some practice taking close-ups of people. (I discovered if you double click on a picture, it will come up screen size on your computer screen.)
Fred gave me two dozen roses. They are so beautiful!
Our Christmas tree bird.
Can you see the little hairs on the petunia leaves and buds?!
The due is still on the petals.
