A Missionary Grandson

Kevin received his mission call a few days ago.  He will be serving in the Pocatello Idaho Mission.  We are very grateful he has chosen to serve as a missionary.

California Here We Come

We made a trip to California to pick blueberries, celebrate an "unbirthday", make home-made pasta but most of all to visit some very special people--our daughter Maria and her family.
It was an opportunity to celebrate Seth's birthday early.
Callie found a comfortable seat on this tractor at the blueberry farm.
Isn't Sierra cute!
The pasta was delicious and I learned a new skill.  Thanks for a super time.

A Visit to South Carolina and a High School Graduation for Miriam

Fred and I flew out to South Carolina the end of May to visit with the Laura and Jonathan's family and attend a high school graduation for Miriam.  These two cute little guys are Daniel and Caleb.

We got to go to Sarah's school play where she danced the Virginia Reel.

Mom and Dad with their proud graduate, Miriam.  As grandparents, we admired all the tassels and sashes Miriam was honored to wear.  Miriam is a beautiful young woman who will be off to BYU Idaho in the Fall.
Samuel is congradulating his sister.
