A Hike with Grandchildren

Brayden, Cambrie and Addie have been asking to hike the "desert mountains" by our home so this afternoon with took them for a little over an hour hike to the top of one of the highest hills close by. It was fun for them and good exercise for us. Thanks kids for getting us out and moving.

My husband surprised me with two dozen red roses a few days prior to Christmas. How thoughtful and loving.

Christmas Blessings

Tanya had invited us to spend Christmas Eve with her and Christian. She had made a delicious dinner of finger foods which we enjoyed after which we played games. Can you believe it?! I beat Tanya at Mario Kart on the Wii. Of course, that does not mean I'm ready to take on any teenage grandchild! At least I can keep my vehicle on the road most of the time.
